Oversees all financial operations, tracks donations and expenditures, and ensures BridgeWay Foundation operates with full financial transparency and accountability.
Plans and executes every outreach event — from location scouting to supply logistics. Ensures each event delivers maximum impact and a dignified experience.
Builds and maintains relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community partners to expand BridgeWay's network and resources.

Provides mentorship and guidance to the board, helps navigate organizational challenges, and advocates for BridgeWay within the school community.
